Upon confirmation of booking, 10% deposit is required.
• Deposit will be forfeited if cancellation is made within 24 hours prior to the event date
• 50% of deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made within 3 working days prior to the event date
• 100% deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made within 7 working days prior to the event date
A surcharge of 30% of the rental rate applies if the event extends beyond 5.30pm until 7.30pm. Evening events can be arranged on a need basis but please inform the Learning Centre before hand.
Yes, subject to approval by the Learning Centre.
All OUM Learning Centre premises are equipped with audio visual and PA system that you can rent at affordable rate. For technical/engineering equipment that are not available, approval must be obtained for their use.
Audio visual equipment can be rented at affordable cost, applicable for seminar room rental for more than 90 pax. The rates are as follows: a) LCD projector - RM50.00/day (excluding 6% GST) b) PA system (BOSE) + 1 microphone - RM100.00/day (excluding 6% GST) c) Rostrum (FOC)
